I have a
confession.
I don’t really know what I’m doing. I’m not quite sure that I ever have. Just the other day I almost died shooting an ad (and you can watch the footage of me caught in a riptide right here).
P.S. search and rescue didn’t do crap, I self rescued
Not to be the LinkedIn guy, but it did teach me something. Great experiences hide on the other side of our challenges.
Go ahead and ask the sweaty 30-year-old I was strapped to for my sky dive. My legs were jelly on that ledge, but it was a hell of a free fall.
Being pushed out of that plane taught me how much life I’d wasted by playing it safe in the shallow end.
But the brush with death in the deep end was more than a gentle reminder to not waste any more. Do hard things. Don’t let great experiences stay hidden on the other side of challenges just because they’re uncomfortable.
So in the spirit of hiding fantastic things, I’ve hidden a little button somewhere on this page to take you to my secret page of confessions and mysteries about me.
